I have a Bachelors degree in Visual Arts / Graphic Design from the University of St. Francis. My education was comprehensive and aesthetic through a variety of traditional and contemporary media. I was taught by practicing artists and designers with local, national, and international professional experience. With this education as my backbone, my career has gone from Freelance Designer, Apprentice Designer, Marketing Assistant Manager, to Senior Designer in the time of 9 years.

Digital Cosmetic Retouching

Digital Cosmetic Retouching is a great skill to have. This skill comes into play on every photo that you work with, whether its adjusting your levels, curves, saturation, etc... You will always want to make every photo, what I like to say "Pop". But, remember you have to make every photo stay realistic, and you do not want to make people look like porcelain dolls. This photo above was chosen by my client even though the flash was way too much, but I was able to adjust her coloring and add some features she requested, see above. www.davidgklotz.com
